In-Person: If you prefer face-to-face interaction, we will welcome you at our office in Sencur near Ljubljana with fresh coffee and a ready-to-go workstation.
Fully Remote: If you are joining us remotely, we will organize the entire introduction via video calls, and digital collaboration tools.
We don't expect you to deploy to production in your first week. You will start with smaller tasks to get familiar with our code standards and architecture. As you gain confidence, your responsibilities will grow. We value quality over speed, so take the time you need to learn.
