You bought the product. The real process still runs on phone calls and spreadsheets.

The process doesn't fit

Your workflow has steps that no CRM, intranet suite, or SaaS tool models. So people work around the software: exports, side spreadsheets, email threads, re-keying.

Teams reconcile states by hand, and the big vendor's customization quote costs more than building it properly would.

People don't adopt it

Customers won't self-serve. Staff ignore the intranet. Tenants keep phoning. Site crews sign paper because the app is too fiddly. The tool exists, but half your users route around it, and the process lives in the heads of a few people.

If a product fits, buy it. We build for when it doesn't.

We'll tell you honestly in the first conversation. Recommending a product is sometimes the best advice we can give.

What we build

  • Client portals with bookings, status, and documents
  • Certificate and deliverable delivery
  • Member platforms with renewals and benefits
  • Custom intranets for processes standard products can't model
  • Tenant and partner extranets
  • Field and site apps for crews
  • Monitoring dashboards for clients

What we don't

Replace a good product where one fits. Standard intranet, CRM, or helpdesk? Buy one — we'll say so.

Build systems of record. ERP, HACCP, and back-office accounting stay with the specialists. We integrate with those systems, so your app reads from and writes to the records you already trust.

Why clients stay with Creatim for a decade

01

Long-term partners

AMZS since 2015. We maintain and evolve what we build.

02

25 years, in-house staff

No boutique SaaS risk. The team that builds it supports it.

03

You own it

Your code, your data, a clean handover path. No lock-in.

04

On time, on budget

Disciplined delivery and transparent progress from day one.

How we work

Four steps. No surprises.

01

Discovery

We start by understanding your users, your stakeholders, your regulatory environment, and the platform you actually need — which is usually a clearer version of the platform the RFQ describes. Two to six weeks depending on scope.

02

Solution design

Information architecture, user flows, accessibility plan, security architecture, integration map, technical specification. A buildable plan, reviewed and signed off by every stakeholder who needs to sign off.

03

Build

Sprint-based development with weekly demos and milestone reviews. Quality gates at every step: accessibility audit, security review, performance test, real-user test. No surprises at launch.

04

Scale & support

Launch is the start. We monitor, harden, evolve, and respond as your usage grows and your policy environment shifts. Most of our public-sector relationships are measured in years, not months.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask us

If it fits your process, you should. We build when the process is specific enough that a product means workarounds, or a customization bill bigger than a custom build.

When a product already models your workflow without three workarounds. That’s what the first call is for — we’d rather tell you that in week one than sell you a platform you didn’t need.

We don’t replace them — we sit on top of them. The platform talks to your ERP for inventory, invoicing, or back-office records, and to your identity provider for authentication, through integrations built to fit what you already run rather than a generic connector.

It will — services evolve, and we build for that. The platform is custom workflow logic, typically in Symfony, not a locked configuration, so when your process changes, we change the platform with you instead of waiting on a vendor’s roadmap.

We design it around how your delivery team actually works, not how a generic tool assumes they work. Discovery starts by mapping the current workflow with the people who run it day to day, so the platform mirrors their job instead of asking them to adapt to ours.

You do, from day one — the code is yours, the data lives on infrastructure you control, and there’s no proprietary lock-in to unwind later. If you ever want to walk, you get the full source and a documented handover; most clients don’t, because the relationship is built to run for a decade, not end at go-live.

Most custom service-business platforms run €50k–€300k. Discovery through launch typically takes four to nine months depending on how many workflows you’re digitising, then it moves into ongoing scale and support rather than stopping.
