eLastovka — the e-government version of lastovka, the Slovenian word for the swallow — is the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs' citizen-safety platform for Slovenian travellers, launched June 2026 and listed in the official gov.si service registry.
The platform lets a traveller check travel-risk levels for any country, find the relevant Slovenian diplomatic mission or consulate, access local emergency contacts, and register their trip so the ministry can reach them with push notifications during a crisis. Live across iOS, Google Play, Huawei AppGallery, and the web at elastovka.si.
eLastovka is a joint production of Creatim and SRC (src.si). Creatim led the user experience and frontend development. Funded under the EU's Recovery and Resilience Facility.

Its new portal, launched June 2026, replaces a fragmented set of legacy systems with a single platform serving fans, members, partners, referees, clubs, and the federation's own staff.
