AI Solution Developer (M/F)

We are looking for an engineer who understands how to transform LLM models, vector databases, and machine learning into useful business value. Job description

Your main mission:

  • Development and implementation of AI functionalities in existing and new web solutions (autonomous agents, smart search engines, recommendation systems, process automation).
  • Working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, X.ai) and "open-source" models.
  • Building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for working with companies' proprietary data.
  • Preparation and optimization of "prompts" and orchestration of AI agents (e.g., LangChain).
  • Collaboration with the backend team on integrating Python/AI microservices into the PHP ecosystem.

What we expect

  • Excellent knowledge of the Python language.
  • Understanding the operation of LLM models and their limitations.
  • Experience working with APIs and integrations.
  • Knowledge of vector database concepts (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector).
  • Ability for independent research – the field changes weekly, so you must be self-motivated in learning.

Additional advantage

  • Knowledge of PHP/Symfony (for easier communication with the backend team).
  • Experience with "Fine-tuning" models.
  • Understanding the basics of web security when working with AI.
