Solution design

We will help you move the needle by combining customer insights and expert digital knowledge.

Creatim banks on data-driven solution design to avoid costly gridlocks and confusion later in the project. We can design the solution from the ground up or build upon your existing insights and documentation. Either way, we are committed to maximizing the return on your investment.

What we do

Web application design

You have a complex challenge and you know off-the-shelf solutions won’t cut it. We can build you a high-performing, lean and secure solution that turns complexity into a simple, well-structured digital experience, based on your goals and users’ feedback.

E-commerce solutions

For ten years we build and optimize enterprise-level stores that can sell across multiple channels. Alternatively, our developers can complement your team leveraging the best practices of distributed development.

How we work

1. Pre-Contract Workshop

In a 2-hour online walkthrough, we will discuss your business goals, solution context, technical environment, and principles of future collaboration. Agile or waterfall? Onsite or remote? Based on our findings in this meeting, we will outline the scope of work and give you an effort estimation.

2. Discovery

In the discovery phase, we will walk through your business strategy, project goals, users, competition, potential risks, technical environment, and constraints. By understanding the project requirements we will be able to drive out key risks early and bring more relevant ideas to the table.

3. Concept development

Our business analytic and solution architect will work with your team to discuss project requirements, technical environment, sizing, and similar high-level topics that will frame the future solution. The result of this phase will be a solution outline document that will assure everyone shares the same picture of what the final outcome should look like.
