Process optimisation with the use of web applications

Increasing competitive pressure on organisations demands the maximum utilisation of internal reserves in terms of reducing the time spent and the number of errors. We usually optimise the processes that are frequent, time consuming and demand a lot of communication between participants (the human factor).

Thanks to the internet, a simple and cost-effective optimisation of these types of processes is now possible.

How we work?

The procedure starts with the analysis stage, in which we carefully examine a specific process with key participants and activities (initial state). For the more demanding processes we use tools for (business) process modelling (BPM or BPR).
This is followed by the planning and implementation stage, in which the process is optimised based on the analysis and with the help of web applications.

At the end of the project, the effects of the optimisation are compared to the initial state and evaluated (time saved, etc.).
