A lot of costumers contact us in order to get a “good website”, banner or catalogue. Of course, we could carry out the task and take the line of least resistance. But we know that by doing so, we would not fulfill their expectations.
Therefore we firstly clearly distinguish our goals to the costumers, ask them about buyers, make a competitor analysis or – to put it differently – we try to see the world with the eyes of the costumer, with all chances and traps there are on the market. On this basis the search for levers begins to attract costumers’ attention.
