Editing sytem
Creatim’s editing system is a modular concept and that is why it enables individually adaptation of the costumers’ needs. When the content is imported into the catalogue, it can be determined which data should be used in which medium. Maybe you want to publish prices of products in your printed catalogue, but not on the web. Maybe you want to present all products on the web and in the printed brochure you want to present only the most typical representatives. Sometimes certain data differs from individual lingual mutations etc. There is the same number of options than there are costumers.
And how does the data come from the database into the catalogue?
There are a lot of ways. If you have a database in your company, then you will export the data and we will import it into the editing system and arrange it for later work. With small projects, the editing system can easily be used as a database. And for the last time “grab” all Word and Excel files and import them into Creatim’s editing system – all the data will be collected at one (well protected) place with unlimited access.
Data (for those you want) is automatically shown on your website and is always ready for use in graphic programs where printed for the designing of printed catalogues.
